Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications get more info are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while tackling present concerns and promoting a thriving community.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's homes, and foster a more secure sense of community. Meetings will be held periodically to share information.
